The location was convenient, with a supermarket and underground parking available. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer service. When there was a technical problem with the bathroom, the staff immediately offered to move me to a different apartment in the city center. The agent was always available and had a problem-solving attitude. I highly recommend staying at this apartment!

We were welcomed at the door and the agent was at our disposition at all times. There was a big supermarket in the shopping mall complex, and we even had an underground parking space. When there was an issue with the bathroom, we were immediately offered to change to a different apartment in the city center, which we accepted. the host was very client-oriented and had a problem-solving attitude.
